Ecstatic Dance is all about the journey and exploration between your body and the music. It is a very expansive way to connect to your human vessel and rediscover the connect and spiritual relationship with your body. This is one way I will be leading you through.
Connecting with your mind and soul, through movement, vulnerability and change.

On Saturday night I am opening the opportunity for you to experience your heart’s expansion through movement and sound + music.

You will be lead through a heart opening cacao ceremony, for grounding, connection and calling your energy back to your body.

This ceremony is intended to bring you closer into your body, connecting to your vessel by being encouraged to move your body in an intuition, gentle way.
Unfolding yourself we will move through your sensual Feminine energy and open communication to your guides and ancestors and create a portal where you will be bathe in high frequency sounds & healing energy.

Calling you back into the space, we open up a sharing circle & oracle card pulls.

Energetically you are:
Clearing energy within your aura, sealing and repairing rips or tears, healing and mending your broken hearts (this and past lives) and learning how to accept the pain.
